If you’re in the trucking transportation business, you’ll want to bookmark this article! We've gathered the top trucking conferences to attend for 2025, along with all the pertinent registration information.

Why attend? So many reasons! It’s important to stay updated on new information in the industry, learn about the new technology available, education and training seminars, the opportunity to network, regulatory industry updates, and more.

1. TPM25 Annual Conference and Golf Open

March 2-5, Long Beach, CA

The 25th annual TPM25 conference is organized by the Journal of Commerce by S&P Global, and is the premier conference for the trans-Pacific and global container shipping and logistics community. It will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center and feature a full agenda of speakers, education, networking, and more over the four-day event. The 10th annual TPM Golf Open will kick off the first day, which will feature more than 100 golfers competing in a four-person scramble (best ball) event at one of Southern California's premier courses. Prizes and networking reception are included.

Early bird registration has passed, but you still have time to register at the standard rate! Shipper conference passes are valid only for cargo owners, and do not apply for carriers, NVOCCs, forwarders or brokers, 3PLs, truckers or other service providers.

2. National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Annual Conference & Exhibits 2025

April 21-24 – Tampa, FL

This year is the 80th anniversary of the NTTC Association! The NTTC Annual Conference & Exhibits will feature cutting-edge solutions and unparalleled networking opportunities designed to boost your business and advance the truck tank industry.

The highlight of the event will feature the prestigious safety awards ceremonies, honoring outstanding achievements in safety within the industry.

Attendees will be able to explore the latest products and services in the expansive supplier hall, network with partners, learn new technologies, and find innovative ways to improve their operations. 

3. The American Trucking Association (ATA) Management Conference & Exhibition

April 23-25 – Louisville, KY

The Safety, Security & Human Resources National Conference & Exhibition (SSHR25) is the only event in the country that features three main educational tracks focused on the latest in trucking safety, security, and human resources.

This year’s event will take place at the Louisville Marriott Downtown and discounted hotel rates end on March 7th. Registration is open now, so get that early bird pricing!

4. Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Conference & Expo

Conference: April 28-May 1 – Anaheim, CA
Expo: April 28-30 – Anaheim, CA

This year’s ACT Conference & Expo will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Orange County, California. ACT is North America’s largest conference and expo showcasing solutions that drive economic and environmental fleet sustainability. It combines the best educational content in the industry with a massive exhibit hall showcasing the most innovative technologies on the market today.

There are six registration categories for 2025, but you’ll need to register by January 24th to lock in value pricing. You can register for the Expo Hall only or the full conference. Group discounts are available!

For over a decade, ACT Expo has been at the forefront of transforming transportation by convening industry leaders to tackle the pressing challenge of reducing carbon emissions across goods movement, service industries, and passenger transportation. 

5. NAFA Institute and Expo

April 28-30 – Long Beach, CA

Fleet and mobility professionals will experience three days of unparalleled learning, impactful conversations, and dynamic products and services from the industry’s leading suppliers at NAFA Institute and Expo.

This year’s event will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center. Registration is open NOW for individual and group attendees. In addition to the conference, you can sign up for pre-conference events like CAFM Live, technician training, and courses worth 4 CAFM Recertification Points.

This conference has something to offer everyone, from those just starting their careers to professionals who have decades of experience.

6. The American Trucking Association’s (ATA) Mid-Year Management Session 2024

May 3-6 – Scottsdale, AZ

ATA’s Mid-Year Management Session will be held this year at JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona!

With several committee meetings, two educational sessions, and networking opportunities, 400+ attendees will enjoy an array of chances to discuss the trucking industry's most critical issues face-to-face.

ATA attracts trucking’s top executives and is an important way for members to discuss the association’s strategic priorities, network with colleagues, hear advocacy updates, and influence the direction of the trucking industry. 

7. NPTC 2025 Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition

May 11-13 – Orlando, FL

Registration for the National Private Truck Council’s Annual Education Conference and Exhibition opens on January 27th! Early bird pricing ends on March 12th, so be sure to register early for the best pricing! The 2025 event will take place at the Orange County Convention Center and attendees can receive a discount through the Rosen Centre Hotel through April 7th.

NPTC proudly positions itself as the only trade association in the United States devoted exclusively to the interests of the private corporate trucking fleet industry and its professional practitioners. They represent a cross-section of American manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and public service organizations ranging in size from family-owned small businesses and town utility fleets to Fortune 500 global conglomerates.

8. Home Delivery World USA

May 21-22 – Nashville, TN

Home Delivery World USA will be held this year at the Music City Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee! There will be over 250 speakers, 150+ sessions, 300+ exhibitors, thousands of attendees, and endless opportunities for networking. Register before January 17th for early bird pricing!

The complete conference and exhibition are committed to addressing groundbreaking solutions for autonomous technologies, delivery services, grocers, retailers, manufacturers, and warehousing throughout the final mile. 

9. Iowa 80 Truckstop 2024 Walcott Truckers Jamboree

July 10-12 – Walcott, IA

The Truckers Jamboree is hosted every year at the Iowa 80 Truckstop, the largest truck stop in the United States. Primarily an event for truckers, this event is also open to exhibitors and can be a great investment of resources for carriers looking to expand their recruiting efforts.

10. ATA Litigation Center's Trucking Legal Forum

July 27-30 – Denver, CO

The ATA Litigation Center's Trucking Legal Forum is a must-attend event for fleet operators and supply chain business owners. This year’s conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Denver hotel. Registration will open soon, so check back for the best pricing!

The ATA Litigation Center's Trucking Legal Forum offers practical information and approaches to handling the most pressing legal and compliance issues facing fleet operations and the trucking industry. This is a must-attend event for in-house and external transportation legal counsel, and provides valuable insights to trucking executives and safety, risk management, and HR professionals.

The event is designed to maximize the exchange of ideas and networking among colleagues, policy makers, insurers, and industry leaders, who all gain critical, timely, and applicable takeaways from legal, technical, and business experts. The Forum also provides continuing education credits for legal professionals. 

11. The American Trucking Association’s (ATA) National Truck Driving Championships (NTDC) and National Step Van Driving Championships (NSVDC)

August 20-23 – Minneapolis, MN

During the TDC and NTDC competition, each driver has a chance to demonstrate his or her driving and inspection skills, knowledge and professionalism through a series of tests. The drivers undergo a written examination, pre-trip inspection test and finally, the most visible - the skills test.

The NTDC competitors are made up of the winners in eight classes of competition from 50 State Trucking Associations’ Truck Driving Championships. These annual competitions inspire tens of thousands of drivers to operate accident-free for the right to compete.

This competition has a long history – dating back to 1937 when it was known as the National Truck Rodeo. Conference information is TBD, check the website for future updates on registration!

12. Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) Annual Conference and Exhibition

September 21-25 – Denver, CO

The CVSA Annual Conference and Exhibition will be held this year at the Sheraton Denver Downtown hotel, with registration opening in June 2025.

This annual event includes roll-up-your-sleeves meetings of CVSA’s membership, elected leadership, technical working committees, program committees and task forces. Participants get down to business, discuss, examine, analyze, and make tremendous strides in furthering CVSA’s mission.

CVSA provides the opportunity for government officials, enforcement, and industry to gather together to affect meaningful changes to the overall culture of transportation safety throughout Canada, Mexico, and the United States. 

13. The American Trucking Association’s (ATA) Management Conference & Exhibit 2024

October 25-28 – San Diego, CA

The American Trucking Associations (ATA) Management Conference & Exhibition (MCE) will be taking place in the fall at the San Diego Convention Center. Registration will open later in the year, so check the website for upcoming announcements and the best pricing!

This annual conference attracts thousands of trucking’s top decision-makers for policy discussions, educational sessions, interactive exhibits, and opportunities to meet with colleagues.

The ATA includes sessions covering the latest updates in trucking and opportunities to make your voice heard on policy issues in committee meetings. Discover new innovations and solutions from the industry’s leading suppliers in the exhibit hall.

14. Women in Trucking’s (WIT) Accelerate! Conference & Expo

November 9-12 – Dallas, TX

This year’s Women in Trucking’s (WIT) Accelerate! Conference & Expo will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.

From leadership, professional development, HR/talent management, operations, safety, technology, driver issues, sales and marketing, industry issues and trends, and D&I best practices, the event covers it all. Attendees from all roles, levels, and company types in the industry are represented, bringing diverse perspectives, stories, connections, and more.

15. Trimble Transportation’s Insight Tech Conference + Expo

November 16-18 – New Orleans, LA
