Streamlined hotel search and booking
We’ve made it even easier to quickly find and book hotels across North America online and via the CLC app. By signing in with your CLC Lodging username and password, you can find and map CLC Network hotels using search criteria like city, state and zip. You can also easily browse hotel details and images, access ratings, and filter by amenities like truck parking, interior corridor rooms, Internet access, and breakfast options.
New traveler mapping
The new CLC traveler activity mapping feature lets you easily search for travelers and view current reservations. In case of emergency, you can quickly know where your teams are in a single portal.
Comprehensive, easy-to-navigate reporting
We’ve made it simple to analyze every transaction and spending trend and to drill into the details you need to optimize your investment in travel. You can now use the streamlined reporting dashboard to view metrics like hotel usage and reservation activity.
Find and review all invoices in one place for faster, more accurate reconciliation. Invoicing is centralized and consolidated in the portal and coded by project, employee and cost center so you have complete visibility of your lodging program. You can now access an easy-to-read overview of hotel invoices - audited to avoid unauthorized charges and inaccurate rates.
