How many hotels do you have in the U.S. and/or worldwide?

We have over 700 hotels across the United States and worldwide. Our coast-to-coast hotels are warm, welcoming, and offer a value price without sacrificing the quality and convenience that travelers demand.

What can a guest checking into your hotel expect?

In addition to a warm and welcoming arrival, Red Roof treats its customers like family and wants all guests to feel the comforts of home. Depending on the property – Red Roof Inn®, Red Roof PLUS+®, HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof®, or The Red Collection® – guests have access to an array of amenities that may include free Wi-Fi, fresh coffee, complimentary breakfast, vending machines, in-room mini fridge and microwave, swimming pool, fitness facility, self-service laundry, and more.

Is Red Roof pet-friendly?
 

Yes, Red Roof is a pet-friendly brand. Red Roof Inn and Red Roof PLUS+ locations* welcome two well-behaved domestic pets per guest room. The first pet stays free-of-charge. There is a $15 per night charge for the second pet.

What changes have you made to keep up with security, technology, and other amenities in the industry?
 

Red Roof continuously evolves to meet our guests' changing needs and expectations. Our mobile-friendly site is designed with the on-the-go traveler in mind.

We recently implemented a new PMS at all brand locations. This has a big impact on our tech approach and will result in a much faster check-in process for guests.

Amenities vary by property, many of which are noted above and are detailed on each property page on redroof.com. We know reliable Wi-Fi is a valuable amenity to our guests, so Red Roof offers free Wi-Fi at all properties. Some properties have their Wi-Fi audited to ensure their speeds allow guests to stream their favorite movies, video games, and music when staying at Red Roof properties with Verified Wi-Fi®™!

Though the amenities may vary, no matter which Red Roof property a guest visits, they can always count on a comfortable stay at an affordable price.
